The Phoenix members gather twice a year for an event dedicated to the development of new techniques and cutting-edge solutions for problems and issues selected by the members. All Phoenix Work Sessions are led by Dr. Hammer. They feature member presentations, workshops, planning exercises, and best practice reviews. Recent Phoenix Work Session themes include:

Phoenix members have the opportunity to help shape four of Hammer and Company's annual Forum & Clinic seminars, selecting the themes and framing the issues. Phoenix members are allotted two seats at each of these seminars. Special programming is also arranged for Phoenix attendees at these events.
Dr. Hammer prepares special DVD summaries of these four seminars exclusively for Phoenix members.
Several times a year, Dr. Hammer leads a half-day audio teleconference open only to Phoenix members. These sessions are dedicated to addressing current issues faced by the participants; the format includes commentary by Dr. Hammer, experience sharing, and group problem-solving.
Yearly, Dr. Hammer presents a one-day executive briefing on process concepts and techniques. Participation is limited to senior corporate or divisional leaders of Phoenix member companies.
Phoenix members receive exclusive access to the full library of Phoenix publications, including research reports, best practice studies, DVD summaries, and white papers developed by Dr. Hammer and his team over the past decade.
Phoenix sponsors receive advance copies of all Hammer and Company publications, including drafts of journal articles and books.
