Publications > The Agenda
The Agenda I wrote "The Agenda" with two purposes in mind: first, to offer businesspeople some guidelines on how to survive in an economy where customers have the upper hand. And second, to give people, whether or not they are business managers themselves, a sense of the real business news, the exciting changes occurring in the business world, largely out of the public eye. Below you will find the excerpts from a few of the chapters of "The Agenda" as well as links to where you can purchase both the hardcover and the audio version of my latest book. I trust you will find it interesting and worthwhile. Table of Contents Chapter 1: Get Serious About Business Again Chapter 2: Run Your Business for Your Customers Chapter 3: Give Your Customers What They Really Want Chapter 4: Put Processes First Chapter 5: Create Order Where Chaos Reigns Chapter 6: Measure Like You Mean It Chapter 7: Manage Without Structure Chapter 8: Focus on the Final Customer Chapter 9: Knock Down Your Outer Walls Chapter 10: Extend Your Enterprise Chapter 11: Make It Happen Chapter 12: Prepare for a Future You Cannot Predict |
