The Agenda

I wrote "The Agenda" with two purposes in mind: first, to offer businesspeople some guidelines on how to survive in an economy where customers have the upper hand. And second, to give people, whether or not they are business managers themselves, a sense of the real business news, the exciting changes occurring in the business world, largely out of the public eye.

Below you will find the excerpts from a few of the chapters of "The Agenda" as well as links to where you can purchase both the hardcover and the audio version of my latest book. I trust you will find it interesting and worthwhile.
